As a motivational speaker and leadership trainer, I have inspired many to achieve their personal and professional goals. My background includes founding and leading mentorship programs, such as the YES SIR Mentorship Program, where I cultivate youth leadership and personal growth. My skills in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and organizational management are complemented by my dedication to fostering personal and professional growth. I am committed to being a positive mentor and role model, helping others to uncover their potential and live fulfilling lives. Additionally, my time serving as a Military Police Officer in the United States Air Force instilled in me a strong sense of duty, discipline, and leadership, which I bring to all my endeavors.
